| Iran believes its allies (hizbila and syria) can take back significant amounts of land in the next conflict between Israel and Syria and/or Lebanon. Of course, if they are right, Israel will fall back on its nuclear arsenal to ensure that any tactical defeat does not rise to a strategic defeat. AND THAT IS WHAT IRAN?S NUKES ARE FOR.
