| This is welcomed news for Israel - a well versed candidate on the Middle East and in particular the conflict leading up to the 1967 War. I, like others have expressed, would not recommend any unilateral withdrawal from the West Bank and advocate a diplomatic solution which would involve the Palestinians in bilateral talks in settling the borders and all other outstanding issues. |
