| The judge did the right thing by dismissing the case because that would have led to the journalists being held liable for going forward with the story. The US elite media establishment does a great job of misinforming the public, anyway. There is broader theme here--Jane Harman making wiretapped for making the deal. Then AG Alberto "the puppet" Gonzales horsetrading with Speaker Nancy Pelosi to promote Harman on the powerful intelligence committee. Whatever, the whole thing really smells bad, in terms of corruption and influence peddling; but, it is nothing new. AIPAC owns our elected officials here in the US.
