Peres is saying what he is saying so that not if but when they take out iran, they can look to their critics and say, look we talked about other options, we stated that the West can stop this and they chose not to do it, and then we were left with no choice but to attack iran.
Secondly, postponing the iranian nuclear apparatus is the only solution. They will not be stopped and one should only keep retarding their growth every couple of years or so. Sort of like what you do with the weeds in your driveway.
Lastly, iran will nuke Israel and next will be the U.S. followed by the Arab countries that will stand in their way, but it will not be a clean shiny missle that will do it. They will just dirty bomb any city they wish. Nevermind them asking or wanting to get any launchers. Bottom line: kill or be killed. |
