| Litzman obviously has a sense of humour. No minister of health is likely to be the nation`s greatest medical authority because his job involves things such as distribution of funding and speaking to a wide range of medical experts who guide him in decision making. Litzman is quite an intelligent chap and will no doubt do a decent job. The real question is why this major department is not run by a `full` minister. |
