| The British could have saved many many Jews, had they not closed the borders and sent ships from Germany carrying Jewish refugees back to the concentration camps. The British did not vote for partition of Palestine, and participated in the Durban hate fest. From reading this article, the exchange initiative wasn`t a British initiative, but they were persuaded. |
