to prosecute Cast Lead, as they see fit. This investigation should at least have tried to look convincingly to outward judges, so they do not assume, that there was no investigation at all, and consequently to approve their own probes into the actions during operation Cast Lead. There are already probes and investigations being prepared in many states that claim universal rights, and there surely are many. Israel just served them, what they had needed most, on a silver platter; no independent investigation.
