...to the Arab neighbours, until both sides accept compromise on all 3 core issues of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Should one side show readyness for compromise on settlements, refugees and Jerusalem, and the other doesn`t, then of course only the "refusenik-side" should continue to get punished (by a weapons-embargo)....
