| six million jews perished in the dyne of war, persecuted by the nazis , betrayed by the indiference of the world. they were our people, grandparents,parents, bother and sisters. we stayed behind with our memories and our lost childhood years. in the face of our children we saw justification . life came back together with dreams for a better life full of universal peace and values. we 2nd generation mothers we want to pass the torch and a message to our children. be proud of your history and tradition . you may live in the diaspora, you may be citizens of the world,but you will always be children of ISRAEL . say no to assimilation and reach out to your brothers in need. fight social injustice, racism and antisemitism. this will be the most melodious kadish that will reach up there in heaven to our own people. |
