| The World Bank should investigate the dissapearance of millions of euros earmarked for the developement of the Palestinian Infrastructure. There are so many Parameters involved in the water crisis how can a simple comparison be made? The whole Arab world manufactures less than the poorest of European countries -Spain. The west bank in comparison to Israel? Israel has misused its water resources and needs reform and regulation let alone a canton between Jordan and Israel. Water in the region is a major issue we certainly need a more scientific approach than this world bank report. HAL |
