After living a lifetime in Rhodesia where railway jobs were given to whites (usually Africaans speaking), I can speak with personal knowledge that such discrimination was a key grievance used by the black terrorists to win support. If we don`t want this to reoccur in Israel, the Railways need to change their policies, and quickly.
