"I recall Ariel Sharon stating that we should have numbered 800 million if it weren`t for the 2000+ years of persecution." If there were indeed 800 million, then of necessity they would have displaced an entire continent`s worth of other nations. Which continent would this have been, in Sharon`s mind? Africa? Asia? Europe? Would the more numerous Arabs have expanded, proportionally, to 8 billion? The only thing this demonstrates is that Sharon was either delusional or functionally innumerate.
