| As a Hebrew Catholic I really enjoyed reading this article- it is not only in Israel that we are found but in many countries. I agree that maybe you should have mentioned Father Elias Friedman the founder of the International Association of Hebrew Catholics and Bishop Gurion the late Bishop of the Hebrew-speaking Catholics. However it was very informative even for us who are Hebrew Catholics. We Hebrew Catholics range from those from Haredi backgrounds to secular and in the church we also have a broad range from those who are Torah observant like the haredi to those who keep very few Jewish religious practices and customs but identify culturally with their Jewishness. |
