| With entrenched and genocidal Hamas rejecting any recognition of Israel, 2-state solution is off the table. Israel is obviously not going to pursue any negotiation with half the "Palestinians" rejecting it in advance and choosing Kassams and Grads. Obama knows he will have zero traction with Congress or the American people to push Israel on this basis. He has other things to do - and he knows it. Mideast peace success won`t even help get him re-elected (didn`t help Jimmeh Cahtuh much, did it?). EU and UN are impotent. As I predicted in this Talkback several times, "isolated Bantustans" will one day eventually look pretty darn good to the "Palestinians", and like the over-generous 1947 Partition opportunity they rejected - it will be way too late, will have fallen off the table. |
