Title:one must not forget Israel is biggest buyer

Without Israel pur chasing the F-35, Lockheed-Martin will loose up to 25% of it`s exports. Israel is indeed the second largest buyer. Second only to Turkey which has ordered 35 systems to start with and is hoping to expand those to 100.

Neither the EU, nor any other country other than Turkey is willing to invest into such a great amount of new aircraft until it has been combat prooven.

I mostly think Americans are afraid Israeli technology will overpass their own, which will in turn make them look bad.
