| More posturing which means no progress which suits Israel`s needs very well since it holds all the power and can continue building its settlements in the West Bank and driving out Palestinians in East Jerusalem. Slowly, but surely it is gaining what it really wants--all of Palestine from Jordan to the Sea. Why should it negotiate? What can it gain from negotiation? No, Israel will win by slow suffocation of the Palestinian people. But there is a burden of guilt to be borne there. |
