No, but they ARE forced to pay, since everyone who uses a television set in Britain is required to pay an annual licence fee (I believe currently over 140 pounds), which is used to finance the BBC. I personally don`t have a problem with BBC coverage of Israel in general, but I certainly support the right of the public who are forced to pay the fees to question how their money is used. But, then again, this all assumes you have some vague interest in facts as opposed to simply bloviating.
