You state the obvious, but the conditioning of the body politic by the zealots has cowed the "non-believers" into submission. In fact it takes an act of courage to so state it fearing an orthodox fatwah. The real challenge would be to hammer the point home with as much enthusiasm and regularity as the zealots of orthodoxy. In fact those that are secular must become zealots of secularism to win this cultural war.
