The only right we have to Israel is the one that G-d gave us on condition that we keep the Torah. Otherwise we will be thrown out as we have been twice before. Rav Saadya Gaon said over a thousand years ago, we are only a nation through the Torah. If not for the Jewish religion we might as well emigrate to Europe or the US.
