Everyone, inhale, then exhale
We don`t need all the rhetoric about who`s fault this or that is, or that Jordan is the Palestinian state, or any of that other nonsense which amounts to a big discussion that only attempts to keep the status quo. And you know what, the status quo sucks. I don`t know why anyone would want it, unless all Israelis want is land at any cost.
A peaceful, just resolution to the conflict, including an end to the occupation, can only help the situation. The US and other states will never let Israel be wiped off the map, we all know this. Israel`s long term security comes with an end to occupation. It`s time for the Saudi peace initiative, while Israel still has the power! |
