This is great news- it seems like Obama is realizing that more peace talks that don`t bring about any change is the last thing that the world and Palestinians and Israelis need.
Israelis should be happy- in all honesty, if they ever want peace and security, they will need to end the occupation and give Palestine a state- of course, with international peace keepers to monitor the situation.
Palestinians ave tried peaceful means to bring about the end of occupation and also violent means, and none has worked because the US enabled the occupation to continue and to grow.
Israel and Palestine could finally have peace, security, prosperity, and freedom- they are tied together and one cannot have them without the other- and that is a win-win for everyone. |
