| The Jews that you are talking about have long since gone, the Jews of today reflect (whether Russian, British, etc) the nation that they came from more than the semitic-Asian region where Palestine exist. Hence, you have a blond haired man arguing with a curly haired dark skinned Palestinian about who belongs in that region. Jews are the only people really who will accept as Jewish people who convert, although this helps in perpetuating their mythology and survival, it is really not a biologically sound way to perpetuate the genetic makeup of a people. For this reason, we can say that the Jews that existed a few thousand years ago have also died out with the rest of the people in the region. Although I believe that no people die out per se but rather integrate and evolve within existing cultures. The Romans for example still exist, they are the Italians, there are still even Samaritans in Palestine. |
