If you read it, you`ll see it doesn`t distinguish between Jewish, Christian and Muslim refugees. It just says refugees which would include all of the refugees, including the Jewish refugees. The Jewish refugees from Gaza and the West Bank that were expelled in 48 should have their rights respected too when it comes to deals with the Palestinians.
The Jewish refugees from Tunis should have their rights respected and be accommodated by Tunisia in the Tunisian negotiations. The same with those from Iraq and Jordan and Syria and Lebanon. The Arab Initiative promises a peace with each of the 22 Arab states and that would include an arrangement with each on Jewish and Arab refugees.
