Title:Tradition more important than Torah

I find it sickening that Jewish tradition has become more important than following the Torah. Kitniot, Glat Kosher, Parvah, etc. When you follow tradition for tradition sake you become blind to what G-d wants. You develop man-made sins that G-d did not require. Is Chicken Meat? no it is parvah, I will give anyone $1,000,000 if you can milk a chicken. but the ruling in 1100`s was good for them, but with kosher shrimp & crab, parvah ice cream, kosher bacon, etc. it has become hypocritical.

The Torah is a beautiful house that now cannot be seen from all the man made hedges planted around it. The worst thing that happened to Judahism was when the oral law became the new written law superseding the Torah.
