| 1. Dump "the conditions of the Quartet"? 2. Force "an Israeli withdrawal to the 1967 borders" when there were no 1967 borders and before the final peace agreement? 3. Require "Jerusalem to be the capital of both Israel and Palestine" when the city will have to be divided to do that? 4. Favor the "Adoption of a special regime in the Old City"? What do you mean by that? Municipal gridlock or another "corpus separatum"? 5. Solve the Palestinian refugee problem while ignoring a "just settlement" for the Jewish refugees or their heirs? 6. Volunteer somebody else without their permission to be the new occupying power "for an interim period"? Take a hike Volcker; your peace proposal is almost as bad as the Arab Ultimatum. |
