Exactly where did you get your law degree? There is no statute of limitations on criminal offences. And old age is not a defence. If there is sufficient evidence to extradite and try someone for mass murder then there is absolutely no reason not to do it. If the person is deemed innocent through a legitimate legal process then fine, they are innocent in the eyes of the law, but if they are found guilty they should suffer for every remaining second of their lives. Is that not the just punishment for mass, mass murderers? |
