Following claims made by graduates of the Rabin Pre-military Academy at a conference last month that IDF soldiers deliberately shot and killed Gaza civilians during Operation Cast Lead, the army completed its official investigation into the accounts on Monday and concluded that they were categorically false and based on rumors.
Haaretz please either refute the army`s claims with evidence, or step down from the accusations that you have let loose, and will resonate through the international media and power corridors for years to come. If required, retracting this now will do little to change the damage done, but it it better to be late than never on this matter. Otherwise, refute the army please, using carefully checked evidence. |
