| It definately makes sense to start building on available land, to releive congestion and overcrowding. Even though there might be some disagreemet as to who it belongs to - it could take for ever to resolve - and so it is ridiculous to wait as the Jews have a water-tight case to Jerusalem and its most important Holy sites. |
