to pound Hamas. Either Shalit is dead and Hamas is stalling or they are the dumbest people alive. I heard its over like 4 or 5 prisoners too. The swap would accomplish that it shows Isreal is willing to accept a ridiculous ratio, thus setting off a wave of attempting kidnaps. Also Hamas gets back 500 fighters.
Also to all the protestors demanding more be done to release Shalit. You have to realize in order to get you got to give. I know strange concept for Isrealis, they used to just taking, stealing, and giving nothing in return.
To get Shalit you have to release prisoners. I dont see anyone protesting for the release of prisoners. by demanding the release of Shalit, you or indirectly demanding the release of hundreds, maybe thousands of prisoners. Think twice about protesting!!! This is called bartering, not stealing. |
