Here in Israel (at least) we`ve all seen film footage of ambulances used by terrorists.
They wore Red Crescent uniforms but were toting machine guns. In other footage, we saw ambulance doors being opened and more machine-gunned terrorists piling in to get an "emergency ride" to another location.
In my opinion, this is what the note referred to. Even when ambulance teams appear, be very suspicious and shoot to kill if they are identitied as terrorists i.e. holding a machine-gun (again, as we saw on tv after the war). |
