| Why not Washington becoming the capital of the Tutelo and Saponi tribe? At least then you would have the indiegnous group controlling traditional territory. Jerusalem is a Jewish city built by Jews who were in the area for millenia before the Pals. Unlike the Pals, Jews have permitted Pals to both live and worship at their holy sites. Hence, there are compelling reasons for it being a Jewish city. Having said that, I do think some sort of joint authority should satisfy both peoples. |
