So if you do this then you risk ending up swinging from a rope. No, he doesn`t; there is nothing illegal about "taking over civilian areas", nor in trying to wrest that area off them PROVIDED you don`t just blaze away without regard for who you are shooting at. E: "This is an absurd idea " Indeed it is, which is why you made it up. E: "Why is that Hamas war crimes are only being discussed now?" It isn`t. Human rights groups constantly draw attention to Hamas war crimes.
