I wish theyd call it `Parental` Leave.
Generally, the female tends to be the more talented parent, but sometimes the male is.
Statistically, it forms two overlapping `bell curves`. Its like height: males tend to be taller than females - but there are many females who are taller than many males.
Likewise, there are many males who are better parents than many females.
No matter what, all parents must be involved in their childrens wellbeing. Each family must decide who is best able to dedicate themself fulltime to raise their kids, whether the parent is female or male. |
