Magellan, you know Geography by scanning Google Earth - indeed Ariel (not Arial) is 50 km away from the scene and has nothing to do with Masua.
But Law and English are apparently not your strongest sides.
You are wrong about "These policemen are outside there jurisdiction according to the International Law" - the occupying power is supposed to maintain civil law and order and that was what they were doing - in fact they were from the Traffic Police patrolling a major highway use by both Israelis and Palestinians.
