| Mullen isn`t in charge of the negotiations. We have a relatively competent guy named Ross for that. Mullen is concerned that we have something left over to defend our country with if the North Koreans get uppity again or if the Chinese, Pakistanis or Indians, all of which have actual, not imaginary nuclear arms, start getting upset over their citizens glowing in the dark if you attack their next door neighbors. |
