I would like to support this idea of triggered retalitory fire. However it appears that the rockets are fired from remote areas, so a strike in the launch area would be pointles. To overcome this a suitable random target area should be designated. If the rockets are fitted with "screamers" a warning would be announced and also target dicomfort would be maximised. This system would be a lot cheaper than air strikes, and would stop the international out cry. You dont need a sledge hammer to crack eggs.
