| The US is right to stand by Israel, the only true democracy where the rule of law supercedes the rule of religious intolerance. The public relations fiasco put on by Israel haters actually imprisons the Palestinians under countries and groups ie: Iran, Hamas, who are not interested in the welfare of the Palestinian people but who are following their own agendas. The human rights abuses in countries like Iran are huge but because of a lack of basic freedoms, speech and press, the world remains silent. World opinion has always gone against Israel, a true democracy. That is why the US has and will always stand by Israel because both countries stand for freedom, tolerance, and human rights in the true sense of its meaning. Israel makes the world safer by exposing those who hate not only Israel but humanity. When Israels enemies stop trying to destroy it and the cultural diversity of the world then weapons won`t be needed but until that time the US will help Israel by supplying military aid |
