Beit Zourik V Israel, case # 2056/04
"The territories are "disputed", not "occupied". They were never recognized as part of a sovereign entity since they were ruled by Turkey before 1917. As such, the rules against quarrying probably do not apply. Any experts out there?" rehovot
The highest court in Israel ruled The west Bank ( formerly "Judea and Samaria" now defunct) to be "Held under Belligerent Occupation" since 1967 and therefore not Israel Sovereign Territory.
Nobody uses the term disputed anymore.not even the highest court in Israel. You are one of the lonely voices still out there crying in the wilderness.Come in out of the cold rehovolt.
Hope that straightens out your confusion. |
