| It has been the laws of warfare since human history that if you lose in war you lose...there is no diplomatic sidebar, where a general assembly gets together and says this was illigal this is not alloud....what a joke! SO whaen Syria launched unceasing attacks on israel from the Golan, and then loses it in war...it is supposed to regain what it lost on the battlefied in general assembly. Well war is not a democratic process, and if you lose you lose. Quoting UN resolutions as if they have some kind of historical or legal weight is rediculous. The UN is anti israel due to the fact their 21 arab states, 50+ mulsim state and all the oil of course in such a body a country like Israel the one jewish state doesn`t stand much of a chance...so quote all you want, facts are facts and the golan is under Israeli law and never will be given back, due to its strategic importance and its use when it was in the hands of the syrians to kill civilians.
