Business is business.
If the farmer can hire a foreigner for 13 shekel an hour whilst it is nearly double that to hire an Israeli citizen then thats business .. its not fair but thats how it works.
If the Israeli arab are willing to sign a document saying they forgo the minimum wage and will do the job for 13 shekel an hour then they can have job priority.
They can`t though expect the farmer to say its my duty to provide you with a job so I will loose money so I can give you those jobs.
This is a free market. |
