George Bush seemed to think he, as President, had the right to direct the affairs and staffing of almost every country on the planet, except with Israel. In Israel, the PM apparently has the right to direct even the speaking habits of a US President. Does Hillary or somebody on her staff suffer Bush Syndrome? It is one thing to have a preference.
