Sorry Hanna but the Arab Palestinians that live in WB (Jordanians by definition) and Gaza have now a government of their own called the Palestinian Authority and they govern themselves (Health, Economy, and so on), some times the solution is right around the corner and it is called an AUTONOMY, many countries have adopted it, see Spain and the Catalonians, see Denmark and Greenland see China and Hon Kong see Britain and North Ireland.
By the way the Arab Palestinians whom live in Israel are fully integrated into Israel!
