I wish these Americans who spout off anti-Iranian idiocy as easily as Ahmadinejad impotently spouts off anti-Israel jabs had to live here. Maybe if they had to deal with the consequence of thousands of conventional missiles pounding their city, they wouldn`t employ such perfidious hyperbole.
I`m not exactly sure how attacking Iran is "prevention". I`ve never seen a country follow the IAEA requirements so closely. Shouldn`t we be happy Iran is open to monitoring and the legal regime which grants them a fundamental right to develop nuke power? No, instead Israel and some in the US wanna push things.
In any case, wasn`t the last 50 years of nuclear weapons premised on the whole theory of mutually assured destruction as peace? Are you really so racist as to think that Iranians are somehow irrational and thus the theory that kept the US and the Soviet Union from nuke war won`t work here?
Proliferation happens - why not be involved in the process. We can`t hide all the nukes! |
