Send the Fleet, including hospital and resupply ships. Deliver the aid directly to the UNRWA warehouses and patch in electricity and potable water @ 144,000 gals/day.
The GOI has no intention of allowing US aid to arrive.
Show Hamas and Fatah and Likud that the US is serious about the welfare of the civilians in Gaza. Prove to yourself and the rest of the world that you are more effective that Condie Rice.
