Israel is hinting that it will sabotage the talks (a.k.a. take a "negative attitude") unless the USA adopts Israel`s proposals.

Israel has any number of ways of making those talks fail, ranging from some inflammatory remark from Old Man Peres, to a coat-dangling overflight by a lone F-16, all the way up to a gang-buster attack by the entire IAF.
