| Hey israel is responsible for global warning and world hunger too right? Oh we got a foot of snow here in NY. Those darn israeli`s control the weather too and caused it. Oh and Sammy -- the world minus the US is not the world. Also, i dont see anything in this article about the EU. I really doubt they sign up for this final draft.
