"At least she believes in G-d" .. Its a great start .. but from this you can see why it is so difficult to convert .. I wish you the best of luck .. and I really do hope they refuse you time and time again until you know for sure .. you want to be Jewish .. To each person it is something different .. but it really isnt something you can become .. it is simply something you are.
