| It`s true that, if a country has the materials, it effectively has the bomb. Iran doesn`t, though; for a bomb, they`d need more highly enriched uranium, around the 80% mark. From what I recall, getting from 4% to 80% enrichment is supposedly far harder than getting to 4% in the first place. |
