| Why give anything before negotiations? If you start with giving nothing, and are still holding all the cards of force, and rights, then the implication is that the Arabs will need to give too, to get anything they want. Syria for example, if worried about a preemptive Israeli attack, might be more willing to make peace without the Golan`s return. And Bibi is the one to be able to wave that kind of stick in their face. |
