Bibi knows that there is no such thing as limited sovereignity so he is being disingenuous with either himself or the rest of us in proposing a path that can only lead to full statehood. (the correct path BTW) Give it up Bibi, say the words "two states" and move on to a Likud-Kadima-YB coalition.
